FAQ

Our camps run from 10am – 3pm for children aged 7+ (please note, Westway Winter camp will finish at 2pm on the 31st December). 

Our Bears camps run from 10am – 12pm (ages 3-6). 

Please arrive at 9:45am, to check in.

We approve financial assistance every working day. Please note we are unable to approve financial assistance applications between the 24th – 29th December, due to office closures.  

Any existing financial assistance you have received previously will still be active to book for Winter camps.  

We are able to offer a limited number of free spaces for our holiday camps, for children eligible for income-based free school meals in qualifying councils. Please note, these spaces are first-come, first-served.

 Lunch is provided for those who have claimed a free space through the HAF programme and have booked through the council.  

Everyone else should bring a packed lunch and snacks (no nuts / fizzy drinks) 

Please bring a water bottle, suitable warm sports clothing, and a raincoat. For more specific information regarding football boots & trainers, please visit the booking page for the camp. 

Due to safeguarding reasons, all players must have a booking in advance to attend our holiday camps.  

To add another child, go onto the page of the camp you would like to book for, then click ‘add player’. You will need to fill out some details, and then you will be able to book for this player too.

We review financial assistance applications every working day, and you will receive an email once it has been reviewed – please get in touch if you haven’t heard back from our team in 72 hours. 

We take payment on the 1st of the month, with the first monthly payment a pro-rata payment.

Our payment model splits the annual cost of our programmes by 12, so the cost remains the same regardless of the amount of sessions during the month.

Our coaches have two main focuses: to make sure players have fun and that we can elevate each player to the top of their potential ladder. If further feedback is required, we are happy to discuss performance with anyone after the session.

Unless specified otherwise, we do not provide transport to and from our sessions.

If your child is a part of our academy they are required to wear their training kit to training. All other sessions, children should wear sportswear. Further information on suitable footwear based off the pitch type can be found on the booking page for the specific session.

Our sessions vary in length – the majority of our community sessions are an hour long, but some academy training sessions may be longer.

We run sessions throughout the day, from morning breakfast clubs to evening sessions.

You will receive an email saying that your financial assistance has been approved. You should see your discount reflected on all prices on the Bloomsbury Football Foundation website.

Unfortunately not. Your financial assistance will be effective for any new orders after it has been approved.
