Our Foundation sessions – open to all abilities – offer children of varying experience-levels the opportunity to reap the social, physical, and technical rewards of guided football training. Whether a novice with a dream or an experienced player looking to get involved with a new team, the Foundation has a place for everyone!

Our academy provides a professional-standard footballing experience for talented young players who are seeking to take their game to the next level. Competing in highly competitive leagues and providing a potential pathway into professional football, our academy programme is perfect for aspiring footballers with ability and drive.

Holiday Camps

Our holiday camps – which run during all major school holidays – cater for all abilities, and provide opportunities for children to maintain their physical fitness and continue their social development outside of termtime. Our financial support packages mean that they can also act as important lifelines for parents, relieving them of the burden of 24/7 holiday childcare.

Our Bears programmes is the perfect introduction to football for your child, representing a pathway into our Foundation and Academy programmes.

We have a futsal programmes stretching from youth foundation and academy teams all the way to a first team that plays in the top tier of British futsal!

Other Programmes

On top of these regular programmes, we also offer disability sessions, open sessions and one to one sessions.
Everyone who wants to play football deserves to and we want to give each child that opportunity.

No child should ever lose out on the benefits of regular football training simply because they are female. That’s why, since its launch in 2020, we’ve worked tirelesly to expand our girls’ football programme. Bloomsbury girls are going from strength to strength: In the 2021/22 season, we are on track to double the number of girls in our academy, as well as to significantly extend our free-to-play girls-only sessions. By the end of 2022/23, we will continue breaking down barriers to participation in sport by engaging an annual total of over 200 girls!

Our programme of boys’ football has never looked stronger. Our Foundation scheme – which is open to all abilities – engages 185 children each and every week: our Academy scheme, catering for elite players, has a weekly attendance of 196. Whether they are working to progress into a professional academy or simply hoping to improve their football skills in a casual setting, Bloomsbury has something for everybody.
